Thank you for your interest in enrolling in the Mastering the Art of Hypnotherapy Professional Mentoring Program! Everyone who enrolls in our program must agree to the terms and conditions described below.
- As part of your investment in our program, you will be added to an exclusive email list for participants of our program, established so that we may send any important announcements to you and/or inform you of any changes in class schedule. Be certain to click the link to activate your participation in those emails once you receive a notification to join the email list.
- We also set up a private Facebook group where both mentors and mentees can post comments and questions. Participation in this group is encouraged, but optional.
- You agree to either attend or review recorded versions of all online classes.
- Because you will have access to over $3,000 worth of proprietary products and professional services, we must establish a refund policy that protects the value of intellectual property. Therefore, upon enrolling in our mentoring program, you agree to the following rules regarding refunds and course materials. However, we recognize that emergencies can happen; so any portion of tuition retained by us can apply towards a future class:
a. A 100% refund will be granted only if: (a) you request a full refund within 24 hours after we send the welcome e-mail with a link to this message, or (b) your application is denied by us for any reason (such as the class being full).
b. After 24 hours, if you change your mind before we send the links to materials for the first three classes, we will retain a $100 processing fee and give you access to two digital videos of our choice that would normally be included in the course.
c. After we send links to some of the digital materials along with the PDF of the Professional Mentoring Guide, the maximum refund you can receive is 90%...whether or not you attend the first class online.
d. After the first online class, the maximum refund is 80%, and reduces by another ten percent through Class 4. Our refund policy must take into account the risk of someone waiting six months to take our program because someone in a full class drops out.
e. Any tuition we retain after a refund can apply towards another person of your choice provided such refund is requested prior to the second online class.
f. After the fifth online class, the maximum refund is 25%.
g. After Class 7, no further refunds are allowed. However, if you have to drop out for any reason, you may join a future class even if said class is full.
h. You agree to avoid sharing links to course materials and/or distributing any course materials with anyone who has not invested full tuition for this mentoring program. Doing so will be considered a violation of copyright laws.
i. If you enroll on a payment plan, any certificates earned will only be distributed AFTER all tuition has been paid, except the CHRT, which may be received (if earned) after three monthly tuition installments.
